- Flyer to be completed and email to marnirealty@comcast.net UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Miami, FL The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 10,757 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) to yield 9,354 ABOASF in Miami, FL area, within the following Delineated Area: North NW 58 th St. South NW 12 th St. East Palmetto Expressway (826) West Florida Turnpike (821) The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term with cancellable after firm term upon 60 days notice. Contiguous space on one floor is required for each block. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Space should not be located near schools, railroad tracks, in an industrial area, etc. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. One (1) outside, reserved, parking space on site plus an fifty parking spaces should be available on site or within one block (1) of the offered building for employees and visitors. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2011, or earlier, if possible. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
