Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 5,100 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 4,300ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF CONTIGUOUS OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. The offeror must be able to provide secure parking for nine (9) government owned vehicles within the building or directly adjacent to the offered building. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, five (5) years firm. DELINEATED AREA: NORTH: West Fayette Street SOUTH: West Pratt Street EAST: Commerce Street WEST: South Eutaw Street EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN JULY 8, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2) Floorplans of space offered. 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 4) Rentable Square Feet offered 5) Percentage Common Area Factor used to determine rentable square feet 6) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. 7) Indicate whether the offered building is within a 100-year floodplain. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space.
