- Class Code: D NAICS Code: 334290 Subject: IBM Rational Doors Solicitation Number: W31P4Q-10-T-0183 Set Aside: N/A Response Date: MM 07 DD 08 YYYY 2010 Description: It is the Governments intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for IBM Rational Doors. Description: D09KULL, IBM Rational DOORs Web Access Editor Floating User License, quantity 10; D09JTLL, IBM Rational Publishing Engine Floating User License, quantity 1. Period of Performance will be one year. Based upon market research, this requirement cannot be met by commercial items; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12. Authority Cited: Statutory Authority permitting other than Full and Open Competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition will be sole source to Immix Technology, Inc. 8444 Westpark Drive McLean, VA 22102. There are no other known distributors/resellers for this software.
