- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies. Items include: Spring Loaded Mounted VHF/UHF Vehicular Antennas, 700 Each. Required specifications will be included in the solicitation. Delivery will be to Fullerton, California. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business competitive with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 334220 and a size standard of 750 employees. Prospective contractors must be a Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 29 Jun 10 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award.
