- Pre-award Proposed Contract Action Notice (Special Notice) In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (2009), this notice is provided for informational purposes only. The contract vehicle intended to be issued is a Purchase Order (PO) for a single GSA Public Building Services (PBS) managed location in Ft. Snelling, Michigan. Issue of RFQ shall be on or around July 9, 2010. Project/Work Description: This PO intends to utilize the Federal Supply Schedules, schedule 71 contract holders only. PBS is in need of office furniture consisting of Workstations, related design and installation services. Full funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required.
