- This Market Survey is intended to identify current market interest and sources capable of performing the following: Move a 44' X 11'8" Maintenance Trailer from Slidell, LA to Hobby Airport, Houston, TX. The building is equipped with a standard 2 5/8" mobile home hitch and tires. Interstate permits (Texas and Louisiana), wide load signage, and signaling wiring harness will be required. Pick up and delivery must fall between Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm CT. No electrical hook-ups or leveling will be required. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business firms for the NAICS 484230, (Specialized Freight Trucking, Long Distance) and Small Business Size Standard $25.5 million. The estimated value of this procurement is less than $20,000. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at website http://www.ccr.gov. The following two items are required to be submitted to be responsive: 1.Contractors must provide detailed past performance information for at least three (3) previous projects (contracts) that are in progress or completed within the last three (3) years, including customer name, dates, project value, customer point of contact, and description of work performed that is similar to the work described above. 2.Completed Business Declaration Form. Failure to submit the required information will deem the request as non-responsive. All responses to this market survey must be received by close of business June 30, 2010. The FAA prefers that all response submittals, including attachments, be submitted electronically to the following email at: patricia.dingler@faa.gov No telephone requests will be accepted. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey. Therefore, any costs associated with vendor's market survey submissions will be solely at the interested vendor's expense.
