- The government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type purchase order for Lodging and Hotel Conference Services in accordance with FAR part 13.5 (Clinger-Cohen), in support of the Naval Expeditionary Logistics Support Group, Williamsburg, VA. The services are required for the berthing of mobilized Reservists. The NAICS Code is 721110 - HOTELS (EXCEPT CASINO HOTELS) AND MOTELS, FSC V230, SIC 7011 and size standard of $7.0 million. The period of performance is 13 August 2010 through 30 September 2010. All dates are subject to change due to scheduling changes. The solicitation number is N00189-10-T-0337 and will be issued on or about 28 June 2010. This requirement will be advertised as unrestricted. By submission of a quotation, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during the performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 888-227-2423, or via the internet at http://ccr.edi.disa.mil. Potential offerors may be required to register in Wide Area Workflow at website https://wawf.eb.mil/jndex.htrnj.
