- This solicitation is a request for quotation and issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside, under the Standard Industrial Classification Code - 2515, NAICS code - 337910 and the related Small Business Standard - 500 employees. The contractor shall comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. The contractor shall provide 144 twin mattresses. A formal request for quote will be issued on or about June 25, 2010 via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The Offer Due Date will be stated in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the FedBizOpps (EPS) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www. ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. To be considered, responsive offerors must be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov before submitting a offer. Instructions for registering are available at the CCR website htt://www.ccr.gov. No response to this pre-solicitation notice is necessary.
