- Description
- The National Park Service, National Mall and Memorial Parks has a requirement to provide the necessary management, supervision, labor, technical expertise, and transportation for the Safety Eyewear Program for the National Mall and Memorial Parks. Due to space limitations, the complete commercial item specifications are contained in the RFQ Number Q3400100158. This solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Request for Quote (RFQ), Base Year plus two option years. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed price for Commercial Items using simplified acquisition procedures. This procurement is a small business set-aside. However, if this office does not receive any acceptable quotes from qualified small business concerns, the set-aside will roll over to be open for all sized businesses. Both Small and Large business concerns are encouraged to offer quotes. The solicitation document, attachments, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. The Request for Quotes will be released on or before June 29, 2010. Interested contractors should download the solicitation with all attachments. The estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $15,000.00 and $30,000.00 for the base plus two option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423460. All quotes shall be submitted as an email or original for receipt no later than 4:00 p.m., ET, July 13, 2010, and be clearly marked with Request for Quotation Number Q3400100158. Offerors are hereby notified that if your quotation is not received by the date and time and location specified in this announcement that it will be considered late.
