- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. BD-6805 Programmed Drydocking, Cleaning, Painting and Repairs. A site visit will be held for the BD-6804 at Tacoma, WA, on Tuesday, 6 July 2010, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., PDT. Contractors shall contact Carol Waldorf in writing, via facsimile transmission (757) 878-2178, or email at carol.waldorf@us.army.mil with the names of attendees no later than 12:00 noon, EDT, Friday, 2 July 2010.
