- The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services on the Bend-Fort Rock Ranger District of the Deschutes National Forest for: (a) pre-marking of trees (737 ac.), (b) mechanized tree felling (800 ac.); (c) skidding, limbing, bucking and decking of sawtimber (800 ac.); (d) removal of landing slash from National Forest Lands (800 ac.); (e) whip felling (679 ac.); and (f) hand piling (679 ac.).
