- Davis Bacon Wage Schedule - General Decision Delaware Valley Job Corps Center's ARRA Construction Bid Package for Masonry Projects. (1) ARRA Stone Turrets Repair & (2) Regular Construction Stone Stair Repairs. The Delaware Valley Job Corps Center located at 9368 State Route 97, Callicoon, NY 12723 is soliciting qualified masonry contractors for masonry projects at the location. One (1) project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Stone Turrets Repair and one (1) project is funded through regular construction funds, Stone Stair Repair project. The pre-bid/walk-through will be conducted on Wednesday, July 7th, 2010 at 3:30pm (EST) and the bids will be due on Wednesday, July 14th, 2010 at 3:30pm (EST). A copy of the Construction Bid RFQ and Davis Bacon Wage Schedule are made part of this solicitation for your convenience.
