- AMENDMENT. The Government wishes to clarify the response to the following two questions that were posted to FA8601-08-R-0065, now FA8601-10-R-0055. While separate reimbursements will not be made, offerors are advised to use the workload estimates in attachments A-1 and A-6 to the Performance Work Statement (which will be posted with the solicitation) to estimate their costs and to include these costs in the pricing of the appropriate CLINs as part of their firm fixed price proposals. Reference PWS Paragraph 1.2.7.14.1: The paragraph references transportation requirements outside the state of Ohio. Does the Government reimburse for per diem costs for this requirement? Answer: No. Reference PWS Paragraph 1.2.7.20: The paragraph references transportation requirements for the Band of Flight. Does the Government reimburse for per diem costs for this requirement? Answer: No.
