- See Numbered Note 22. This solicitation is to be issued as a Sole Source requirement for one Labram Bench Top Resonant Acoustic Mixing System 500 Gram Payload, 100 VAC, and Standard Vessel Hold-down Tooling with Vacuum package option. This solicitation will be issued to Resodyn Acoustic Mixers, Inc., located at 130 N. Main St., Ste 630, Butte, MT 59701-9314. It is anticipated that the award will be a fixed price contract. Approximate release date of this solicitation is 23 June 2010. The FSC code is 4940, the NAIC is 334513, and the size standard is 500 employees.
