Description

RECOVERY - In compliance with the transparenty and accontability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Publ. L. 111-5, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, IAW FAR 5.705, Publicizing--Post Award. The Government posts this notice of award of a BPA Call for Microsoft Licenses under the Department of State's existing Blanket Purchase Agreement S-AQMMA-10-A-0057 with CDWG. FAR Clauses 52.203-15 and 52.204-11 are applicable. BPA Call Number S-AQMMA-10-L-0972 is awarded under the Department of State's Blanket Purchase Agreement S-AQMMA-10-L-0057 with CDWG. The order is awarded in the total amount of $128,887.30 for quantity 45 of Microsoft P/N 810-08584 (SQL Server Enterprise 2008R2 Single MVL) and quantity 10 of Microsoft P/N P72-04242 (Windows Server Enterprise 2008R2 Single MVL) for passport offices in St. Albans (Vermont), Atlanta (Georgia), El Paso (Texas), Buffalo (New York), and San Diego (California). This is a firm fixed price BPA Call under a Blanket Purchase Agreement that was competitively awarded pursuant to General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule No. 70.
