- OC-ALC/327 ACSG/PK 3001 STAFF DR STE 2A1B5A TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3032. Repairs and associated efforts, including Engineering/Logistics Management Services and Contractor Acquired Property in support of supplies and services required to provide Contractor Systems Support II (CSS II) for B-52H systems. Primary systems include Evolutionary Data Link (EDL), Targeting Pod (TP) Alternate Mission Equipment (AME), and Integrated Weapon Interface Unit (IWIU). Other systems are eligible for CSS II when data is proprietary to Boeing or otherwise not available, and one or more of the following apply: 1) they are non-stock-listed; 2) they are not fleet-wide systems; 3) the Source of Repair Assignment Process (SORAP) is not complete; 4) the SORAP determines items are designated for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS); 5) items are designated for Interim Contractor Support (ICS); 6) items are peculiar support equipment; or 7) fleet exigencies arise. The contractor shall furnish all required labor, facilities, equipment, and all material, to accomplish repair, replacement, packing, preservation, and packaging, and return to the Government (Tinker AFB OK 73145-3032), in a completely serviceable condition. The work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement identified in the solicitation. The contractual requirements will consist of a base quarter followed by three option years. Destination: Tinker AFB OK 73145-3032 This repair is restricted to The Boeing Company, Wichita KS 67210-2112. Solicitation will be posted on approximately 8 July 2010 and proposals will be requested August 2010. The anticipated award date is December 2010. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. It is suggested that small business firms or other firms interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the potential offerors (listed above) during the proposal development phase of the acquisition. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source selection process.
