- Solic: N68335-10-R-0261 Classification Code: J058 NAICS Code: 334511 The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with MOOG Inc, Salt Lake City, Utah to procure teardown, evaluations, repair and upgrades of fielded MOOG TACAN systems. This will be a 2-year effort under a Basic Ordering Agreement and will include all subsequent delivery orders. The government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice.
