- The following clarifications have been received on the subject solicitation. Answers are provided as follows: 1. The feeder leaving the transfer switch is rated at 400amps (and fused at 400amp) the feeder to the IT Room is Rated for 225A, How are these to be connected together? Do we install a disconnect switch and fuse it down to 225A? No, the panel will be fed by the new transfer switch. IT is fed out of the Laundry Panel. 2. Is there a spec on the transfer switch? Is this a bare bones basic transfer switch, or will there be additional options required? Spec 16362 High Voltage Switches is included in the solicitation package BID OPENING DATE/TIME IS NOT EXTENDED AS A RESULT OF THESE CLARIFICATIONS
