- **** This posting is for informational purposes only in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ***** The purpose of this contract is to obtain the services of a qualified vendor to assist the CMS ACA Project Management Office (PMO) and the CMS ARRA PMO to provide project management support to CMS' legislative implementation activities. The contractor will assist in gathering and analyzing detailed project information in order to prepare project plans that include deliverables, schedules and timelines, needed resources, identification of milestones and key data to be tracked, identification of risks and dependencies, and a mechanism for tracking actual progress, resources used and percentage complete
