- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Activity located at 4101 South 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, procedure-based indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Inpatient Lithotripsy services, to include personnel, equipment and supplies, provided at the Columbia, MO VAMC. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR Part 873 and is also being solicited as open-market competitive. Period of performance will be a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods. Prospective offerors should check the Federal Business Opportunities website to download all solicitation documents when made available on June 23, 2010. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Federal Business Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a proposal, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s). Offerors who are unable to access or open uploaded attachments may contact the Contracting Officer to obtain copies.
