- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Synopsis for Bottle Liquid Analyzers for the US Secret Service. Items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is BLS226895 and is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-12. The NAICS code is 334516 Analytical Equipment Manufacturing. Offerors must be registered in Central Contract Registration (CCR). This acquisition is firm-fixed price and solicited in accordance with 6.1. The description and specification provided herein, is essential to the Government's requirement. The Government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in this synopsis and is the lowest price technically acceptable. This government requirement is for the purchase and delivery for the following items. The government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Proposal as provided herein. The US Secret Service request quotes for one (1) Bottle Liquid Analyzer with appropriate carrying/transportation case and installation, as appropriate. All items are required to have passed qualification testing by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and consequently listed on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Act Approved List (APL) by the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
