- The purpose of exchanging information or Request for Information (RFI) is to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential Offers to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government's requirements, and enhancing the Government's ability to obtain quality supplies and services at reasonable prices, increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. The Marine Forces Reserve (MFR) Regional Contracting Office (RCO), New Orleans, LA is soliciting information from potential offerors to furnish and deliver 150 Outdoor Sports and Recreational kits to MFR units within the contingent United States. This request will provide necessary tools to satisfy Marine Corps requirements for operational readiness as outlined in Marine Corps Orders (MCO 1700.29). Please note: The potential vendor will be required to pack and ship kit (cooler) to multiple locations. All items to fit inside cooler. Cooler will then be shipped to multiple locations.
