- The Government (88 CONS/PKAA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is: k-Space Associates, Dexter, MI. FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT) The items being procured are: Ksa BandiT NIR-Range Temperature Monitor for a Monitoring Band Edge (QUANTITY: 1 EACH); and; CUSTOMER/ON-SITE ONE OR TWO DAY TRAINING: (a) Training by qualified k-Space Engineer on kSA Product Integration, onto Customer Chamber or Facility for up to four (4) attendees; (b) Training includes System Alignment, Theory of Operation and Live Application Validation; and (c) Pricing includes "Airfare and Transportation" to customer site, meals and travel relates expenses. (Location: Air Force Research Laboratory, 3005 Hobson Way, Building 652, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7707) (QUANTITY: 1 EACH) This notice is being published for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any quotations received within five (5) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
