- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following commercial items (item numbers given are from S&S World Wide): Softee Hockey Set, quantity 10 (item W3633); Flag Football Easy Pack, quantity 10 (item W7315); Scooter Hockey Set, quantity 10 (item W255); 16 Scooters, set of 6, quantity 10 sets (item W6869); Net Skills Easy pack, quantity 10 (item W8462); Scooter stacker, quantity 10 (item W6074); Complete Wii Sport & Fitness, quantity 10 (item W9339); Tug of War rope 50 feet, quantity 10 (item W5513G); Burlap potato sacks (pack of 12), quantity 10 packs (item W4537); Jumbo inflatable bowling sets, quantity 10 (item 17221); Field Day Survival Guide, quantity 10 (item 7560); Professional Bingo set, quantity 10 sets (item 6577); Knock Down cans, quantity 10 (item 9469); Belly Bumpers 36 in. ages 7-12 pair, quantity 10 pairs (item 12882); Belly Bumpers 48 in. ages 12+ (item 12881); Rally Pro Toss set, quantity 10 sets (item W9591); Patriotic Super tumbling Blocks, quantity 10 (item W8450); Tic Tac Toe Floor game, quantity 10 (item 11338). This is a request for quote, and this purchase has been set aside for small business. Only quotes from small business entities will be considered. All quotes or proposals must include all of the items required, and must also include the cost of shipping to San Luis Obispo, CA zip code 93405. The following FAR and DFAR clauses are hereby incorporated into this solicitation: 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items; 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items. Delivery of the required items is to be 30 days or less after award of contract. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized. Quotes are due by Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 10:00am PST, and may be e-mailed to Jeannie.r.thornton@us.army.mil, or faxed to 805-594-6348.
