- Layout drawing of building. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0528 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42, Defense Circular Number 20100621, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0402. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 811213 with a size standard of $7 Million. DESCRIPTION: 0001 - Install (7) siprnet drops with lock boxes as follows utilizing multimode twin fiber and MTRJ connectors. (1) Drop rm 1069, (3) Drops rm 1070, (1) Drop rm 1072, (1) Drop rm 1072, and one additional drop at user designated location. (Qty 1 Each) 0002 - Connect and install all associated conduit and wiring to (2) new door releases to (2) new contractor provided push buttons, one each to release doors independently. In addition remove (1) fixed camera, (1) pinhole camera, (1) mini micro phone, (1) DVR and (1) audio mixer from Bldg 1358 and relocate and install in Bldg 2300. Also purchase and install (2) GE Rixed camera cyberdome II cameras, (1) Crown pressure zone micro phone PZM-10/PZM-10LL "or equal" in Bldg 2300. (Qty 1 Each) NOTE: Please see attached drawing layout. Shipping will be FOB Destination to 5275 E. Granite St. BLDG 2300 DMAFB Tucson, AZ. All vendors will include an ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY ARO. The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
