- This Request for Information (RFI) is for Market Research purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal. The Government will not pay for any information provided in response to this RFI. Air Education and Training Command (AETC) A5TT is seeking information to identify the availability of solutions to improve the accessibility of mobile-devices to webpages, courses, and administrative tools. We specifically want information concerning the current state of mobile-accessibility of the ADLS and detailed recommendations for specific system, webpage, and courseware changes to improve mobile device accessibility. We envision the ideal solution as a commercial, off- the-shelf (COTS) software application, or suite of COTS applications, that can be easily modified to meet our requirements, but are willing to consider other options.
