- NASA/DFRC has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for HardwareMaintenance & Calibration Services as documented in the attached Statement of Work...Statement of Work NND104200338098Q.doc The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and 13. Interested organizations may submit their quotes to perform the effort in writing to theidentified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. local time on June 28, 2010.Technical questions may be submitted in writing to the identified point of contact notlater than 4:00 p.m. local time on June 25, 2010.This notice is a combinedsynopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FARSubpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Thisannouncement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request forQuotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not beissued. Offerors are required to use the On-Line RFQ system to submit their quote. TheOn-line RFQ system may be accessed athttp://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=. The information required byFAR Subpart 12.6 is included in the on-line RFQ. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government. Oral communications are NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Please submit allinquiries via email to the address listed. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. An Ombudsman has been appointed.
