- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Thomas/Wright, INC. W9127N-08-D-0004, Task Order #0013, Modification 05 Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue Task Order #0013, Modification 05, using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding, under Contract No. W9127N-08-D-0004 awarded to Thomas Wright, Inc. for quality assurance inspections for the South Coast Dredging Projects located in Depot Slough and Siuslaw Turning Basin, located in the State of Oregon. This task order will increase contract line item numbers (CLINSs) 7101 in the amount of $14,364.80; 7102 in the amount of $20,577.92; 7121 in the amount of $201.60; and 7122 in the amount of $4,355.68 established specifically for work that falls under ARRA. This action will decrease the task order by a total amount of $39,500.00.
