- DESCRIPTION: SPM7M110R0002, NSN: 5962-01-440-8867; MICROCIRCUIT MEMORY, SOURCE CONTROL CAGE 26512 P/N A31U29595-1 and 26916 P/N A31U29595-1. The solicitation will be available on DLA DIBBS Website: https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP on its issue date of July 9, 2010. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The product described in the acquisition identification description (AID) of the solicitation is that product which the government has determined to be acceptable. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. THE CITED DRAWING IS A SOURCE CONTROLLED DRAWING AND AS OF THE DATE OF THIS SOLICITATION, ONLY THE SOURCE(S) CITED ON THE DRAWING HAVE BEEN APPROVED. EVEN THOUGH SOURCES AND APPROVED PART NUMBERS ARE PROVIDED, THE ITEMS FURNISHED MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITED DRAWING. OFFERORS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN QUALIFYING THEIR PRODUCT FOR PURPOSE OF FUTURE ACQUISITION MUST CONTACT THE COGNIZANT DESIGN ACTIVITY SPECIFIED ON THE SOURCE CONTROLLED DRAWING. Approved sources are: 26512 P/N A31U29595-1 and 26916 P/N A31U29595-1. The quantity required under this solicitation is 100 to be delivered to Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA within 150 days ARO. No option is included as this acquisition is for customer direct support. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation facts as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
