- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 12 Jul 2010. Solicitation number FA4600-10-B-0009 is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $14 Million; this solicitation is set aside for HUBZone businesses. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price construction contract with a period of performance (POP) of 105 days to provide the following service: Provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to renovate existing utility spaces into women's restrooms in BG and 1G wings in building 500 on Offutt AFB, NE. Project magnitude is $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 Please reference solicitation # FA4600-10-B-0009 on all correspondence. Notice to Offerors, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. If the Offeror does not successfully register in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. NO PARTIAL BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in bids.
