- Description
- The U.S. Army, Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, has a requirement for Auxiliary Fuel Tanks, Army Part # 13230E6896 (MFG Part # TSX-40), for trailer mounted generators, used with the PATRIOT Missile System. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336399. This solicitation will result in a Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard is 750 employees or less. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. Further information may be obtained at website www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be posted to ASFI / FEDBIZOPS, O/A 11 March 2010. The solicitation will contain detailed information concerning this requirement. Available drawings will be posted to ASFI and a First Article Test (FAT) will be required for this requirement, prior to start of production. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. The solicitation will contain the actual due date for receipt of the quotes.
