- The Oregon Army National Guard intends to Sole Source a Firm Fixed Price Contract on or about June 30, 2010 to Dehler Manufacturing, Inc. for Heavy Duty Single Tier Lockers. Dehler Manufacturing is the only company that currently provides a d complete Heavy Duty Single Tier Locker with the specific dimensions meeting our needs. This system meets and matches current lockers in our training facility at Camp Rilea, OR. Uniformity throughout the barracks is crucial for inventory.
