- This amendment to Solicitation number W9124R10T1035 is issued to accomplish the following: 1. Change the NAICS code from 423830-Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers to 333298-All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. The size standard for NAICS code 333298 is 500 employees. 2. Change OPTION CLIN 0002, End effectors, up to a quantity of three (3) which can be purchased in single or multiple quantities to the following: OPTION CLIN 0002, End effector, Quantity of one (1) each, OPTION CLIN 0003, End effector, Quantity of one (1) each, OPTION CLIN 0004, End effector, Quantity of one (1) each. Each offeror shall separately price OPTION CLINs 0002, 0003, and 0004. See the attached document for the pricing structure and evaluation criteria for OPTION CLINs 0002, 0003 and 0004. 3. Incorporate a Performance Period for OPTION CLINs 0002, 0003 and 0004 to allow for the purchase of the end effectors for a period not to exceed three (3) years from the date of contract award. 4. Extend the Closing Date to COB 28 June 2010. A supplementary amendment will be posted to provide responses to questions received from industry and any corresponding changes to the solicitation. All other information specified within the CSS remains unchanged.
