- RECOVERY - Toilet Replacement Project. In accordance with FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i)) - Authorized or Required by Statue, the EROC-SW, Demolition and Replacement of existing toilets and/or buildings and appurtenances located forest-wide. There are four sites that will have toilet removal and replacement - White Spar Campground, White Bridge, Spruce Mountain Lookout and Horsethief Lookout. There are seven sites that will have either toilets or buildings designated for removal - White Spar Campground, Coal Camp (2), Prairie Lane, Clear Creek, Skidmore, Grief Hill and Mingus Lookout. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment labor, transportation and incidentals. The work will include excavation and backfill, clean out of existing vaults, demolition, importing backfill for demolition sites, installation of toilets and vaults and minor concrete work.
