Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source Delivery Order (DO) under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors (LM MS2), Owego, NY. The anticipated DO will task the Contractor to perform regression testing of v6.80 APX-123 software against the current production versions for the MH-60R/S. A Product Test Authorization (PTA)/ Product Test Verification (PTV) will be required. The Contractor shall include v6.80 as an alternate software version for use by the APX-123 in addition to the current APX-123 software v6.70. Any newly identified Mode S or Mode 5 PTRs as a result of the new software version shall be corrected as mutually agreed upon. The Contractor shall provide all support necessary to perform and PTA and PTV and deliver this build to the Government for Mode S and IFF Mode 5 capabilities flight testing. Lockheed Martin is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60 aircraft.
