- The Hampton VAMC, Hampton, VA is seeking the services of a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who has proven experience in hospital facility construction and renovations to complete the project śWomen ™s Mental Health and Primary Care Clinic ť construction at the Hampton VAMC, Hampton, VA. The contractor shall completely prepare site for building construction, and erect a new Women ™s Mental Health and Primary Care Clinic ť consisting of approximately 11,450 square feet of patient care and exam rooms, wellness center, therapy rooms, and other associated space. The NACIS code for this procurement will be 236220 with a small business size standard of $33,500,000.00. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The specifications will be uploaded on/about July 12, 2010. A single pre-bid/walk-through will be announced in the solicitation. A bid opening will be on or about August 17, 2010 (tentative date).
