- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2 Each Colour Under Vehicle Surveillance System (CUVSS) SOLICITATION: W912D2-10-T-0016 POC Contract Specialist: Cheryl Hodge-Snead e-mail address: Cheryl.Hodgesnead@kuwait.swa.army.mil. The Area Support Group Qatar, Camp As Sayliyah has a requirement for COLOR UNDER VEHICLE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM STATIC: To search the undercarriage of vehicles for hidden items including; Explosive devices, firearms, Drugs and Contraband, and persons. Must be equal to Chemring Color Under Vehicle Surveillance Static System and capable of operating with the Chemring Color Line Scan Camera Box Assembly c/w integrated I-Port Module. Price is to include customs, shipping and handling costs necessary for shipping to and clearing Doha Qatar Customs. NOTE: OFFEROR IS TO SUBMIT COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS WITH OFFER. Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334511. This is an UNRESTRICTED Solicitation issued on 22 June 2010 with proposals due on 25 June 2010. This solicitation will be issued via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and be available to ASFI and Federal Business Opportunities (fedbizopps.gov). Notification of amendments shall be made via ASFI. It is the contractors responsibility to check with the above websites for any posted changes to this solicitation.
