- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 22 June 2010. Solicitation number AG-82A7-S-10-0078 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-41. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621112, and the small business size standard is $10 Million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the following service: Mental Health Services IAW the Statement of work at Columbia Basin Job Corps Moses Lake, Washington. Please reference solicitation # AG-82A7-S-10-0078 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail (jjbartholomew@fs.fed.us or fax (303-275-5294) to Joel J Bartholomew at the 740 Simms St Golden, CO 80401 by 20 July 2010 at 4:30pm (CST). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations.
