The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 60302-1, One Responsible Source. The item is proprietary to Remington Arms Company. The intended source is Remington Arms Company, 14 Hoefler Ave, Ilion, NY 13357. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. All responsible sources my submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
