- Sole Source J&A The purpose of this posting is to post the signed Justification and Approval (J&A) to award a sole source contract to Computer Services Corporation (CSC) to operate and maintain the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) legacy IT system for DHS/FEMA. The contractor operates on behalf of the Government as a data depository, System of Record (SOR) and statistical analyst through the maintenance of the Transaction Record Reporting and Processing (TRRP) for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP); for all aspects of the program including NFIP policy and claims experience; actuarial, underwriting and financial management analysis and assistance to the Government.
