- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Oracle USA, Inc. for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This acquisition, for Navy ERP - Patuxent River Naval Air Station Data Center, is for the procurement of Primavera software maintenance renewal of currently owned Primavera Software Licenses. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a). A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure follow: Item Nbr Product Description Qty Unit 0001 Primavera Project Manager includes PM PA MM Proj Res Port TS -Named User Perpetual 8 1 year 0002 Primavera Planner / Scheduler includes Timesheet - Named User Perpetual 12 1 year 0003 Primavera P6 Cost Manager -Named User Perpetual 8 1 year 0004 Primavera Teammember - Named User Perpetual 125 1 year 0005 Primavera Executive - Named User Perpetual 17 1 year 0006 Primavera Teammember / Collaborator - Named User Perpetual 400 1 year 0007 Primavera Program Manager includes Project Res Port - Named User Perpetual 50 1 year 0008 Primavera Developer - Named User Perpetual 12 1 year Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
