- Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command (HQ AFSOC) Hurlburt Field intends to award a Sole Source contract award to Integrated Innovation, Inc. (i3), 1525 Perimeter Pkwy, STE 335, Huntsville, AL, 35806-3560. Hurlburt Field intends to purchase Integrated Defense Risk Management Process (IDRMP) support/training and implementation utilizing ForcePRO software to Security Forces (SF) and Wing Anti-Terrorism (ATO) staff at Cannon Air Force Base, NM and Hurlburt Field, FL in conducting criticality and risk analysis (RA). This solicitation is under North American Industry Classification System Code 611699, with a size standard of $7.0M. Set aside for small business. Place of performance shall be at Cannon AFB, New Mexico, 88103 and Hurlburt Field, Florida, 32544. Submit questions or comments to HQ AFSOC/A7KQ, Attn: Michael Dulin, 427 Cody Ave St, Hurlburt Field, FL, 32544-9190, or email to michael.dulin@hurlburt.af.mil, at or before 1600 (4:00 PM CST), 07 July 2010. A firm-Fixed Price Order will be issued in writing. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that i3 is the only known source that has the ability to provide this service. The anticipated award date is 13 July 2010. This notice is NOT a request for quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements by emailing Michael Dulin, at michael.dulin@hurlburt.af.mil. Capability statements must include documented ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
