- Amdendment 1: The RFQ response date has been extended to June 24th, 2010 @ 1:00 PM central. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-10-Q-0041 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 400hz power converter at Whiteman AFB, MO. The NAICS code is 335999 with the corresponding small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. All offers are to remain valid until 31 July 2010. Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government; delivery may be an evaluation factor. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. All Items are listed as "or equal." Items required: Contractor shall provide power converters (QTY: 2 each), on site start up training, installation and shipping. See attached copy of Statement of work for specific requirements.
