- Business Management Questionnaire Cover Letter 52.212.-3 Reps&Certs CT2019-10 Used/Reconditioned Sewing Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2019-10 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 423830. This requirement is unrestricted. Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a firm fixed price, Definite Delivery/Definite Quantity type contract for delivery to the following locations: FPI Talladega, Talladega, AL 35160, FPI Fort Dix, Ft. Dix, NJ 08640, FPI Miami, Miami, FL 33177, and FPI Butner, Butner, NC 27509.
