- Offeror's Reps and Certs John Creek Trail Crossing - Design Specs Joe Creek Trail Crossings - Design Specs Plan Details RFQ Document with General Specs and Instructions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quote (RFQ) No. AG-569R-S-10-0015; proposal due date is July 6, 2010. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 29, effective as of 2/01/2010. Non-manufacturers must furnish in the performance of the contract, the product of a small business manufacturer, which end product must be manufactured or produced in the United States. Small size standard for the manufacturer of the item is 500 employees. Quantity and Unit of Measure is 1 each, for a total of 3. Price proposal shall include delivery FOB to the destinations described in the respective Design Specs. The RFQ document includes general specs applicable to all 3 bridges. Also attached are Design Specs and Plan Details. Boring reports will be provided to the successful contractor. Bridge lifting and setting recommendations shall be provided. Substructures will be constructed by the Forest Service. Bridges will be set by the Forest Service. Please see the attached plans and specifications for additional information. Delivery Date: On or before September 10, 2010. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial are applicable.Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m., July 6, 2010, at Lake States Acquisition Team, 500 Hanson Lake Road, Rhinelander, WI 54501, Attn: AG-569R-S-10-0015.
