- The Black Hills National Forest is seeking an Emerging Small Business to construct concrete pad for placement of prefabricated radio communications building. Install electrical hook up from exising electrical panel to the new concrete pad, including electrical from existing power generator to new pad. There are two additive items -- construct access pathway from parking area to the radio building and extend parking area. The Governments estimate is less than $25,000. A prequote tour is scheduled on July 7, 2010 at 0900 MDT meet at the job site (Bear Mountain Lookout Parking Area)
