- Smart Track Version 3.1.7 Tracking System Smart Track Version 3.0.9 Upgrades Hardware, Software, and Peripherals. Hasler, Inc. has the sole proprietary ownership for the Smart Track Version 3.0.9 Upgrades Hardware/Software/Peripherals listed below. The proposed system will be compatible with your DTRA PC system. All components listed will, and must be, compatible for use with your existing HASLER Smart Track components and must be able to integrate with the Units already in place at DTRA with HASLER Inc./Smart Track. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS Interested parties have five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this Synopsis, to submit in writing, to the identified point of contact, clear and convincing evidence of their qualifications and/or capabilities. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after five (5) calendar days, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the email address Sherrell.Josey@dtra.mil and to the attention of Sherrell Josey, Contract Specialist. Responses to this notice must be received by 12PM EST, June 27, 2010. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Hasler, Inc, 478 Wheelers Farms Rd., Milford, CT 06461.
