Description
Eagle.Eagle placed on top of the globe looking to the left, facing front..Eagle's wings are spread with a wingspan about the same as the diameter of the globe..The eagles grip is on the northern most part of the globe.1 " tall. Globe.The front of the globe should be showing the western hemisphere (the back will be showing the eastern hemisphere).The globe is not at a tilt..Lateral lines (thin) on the globe are shown..Diameter of the globe is two and half inches.Should be a perfect sphere Anchor.The top of the anchor starts on the top right side dissecting the center of the globe then bottom of the anchor appears again on the bottom left at approx a 30 degree angle from the bottom to the middle of the anchor..Anchor has an attached rope (hawser) double wrapped through the hole (hawse pipe) of the anchor on top. Rope then loosely wraps around in a clockwise motion once around on the top then pops out on the top of the anchor on the bottom proceeding counter clockwise, behind the bottom prong of the anchor, in front of the tip of the anchor and tied again to the top prong..Anchor is a traditional two pronged anchor. Similar in design to the Navy insignia rank of chief petty officer..From hawse pipe to anchors tips the total length of the anchor will be 4.25 inches 3 Marine Corps Non Commissioned Officer Swords.3 Marine Corps Non Commissioned Officer swords in tri pod approx 3.5 inches long each and crossed at the middle..The knuckle guards are face down to help with the sturdiness of the overall picture..An inch and a quarter from the base of the swords to the cross..30 degree angle from the base to the center of the NCO sword Shaft.Malacca Cane covered in black leather with a double wrapped silver chain.Malacca cane is 1" in diameter (stiffer rather than flexible).Chain must be able to adjust when it becomes loose.49" from the bottom of the ferrule to the bottom of the head joint.Ferrule is silver and 16" long.2 sticks able to be removed and reattached Head Joint.Cross rifles along the bottom of the head joint.The front will have a picture of the Iwo Jima scene centered on the head joint.Centered between the cross rifles and the Iwo Jima picture is where the head joint will read "SEMPER FIDELIS".The back will have our unit seal centered on the head joint.On the widest part of the head joint it will read "UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS". United will start at the tip of the anchor and read counter clockwise around the entirety of the mace..All pictures and words will be raised (3D affect).Head joint will be silver in color and made with a sturdy metal Overall.Sturdy but light weight.Able to be spun without falling off or breaking off.This mace will be used to conduct ceremonies and parades and is not merely for display, but for everyday use..4.5 inches tall (eagle globe and anchor/NCO swords)
