- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice that Modification 13to contract NNJ09JD50C was awarded to extend the period of performance on CLIN 2 fordelays allowed per contract clauses 52.249-10 Default (Fixed-Price Construction) and52.243-4 Changes. The modification also increased the firm fixed-price of the contract by$22,024.21 for delays determined to be compensable.<P>NNJ09JD50C is a firm fixed-price contract that was awarded to DRI Commercial Corporation,on a competitive basis.<P>
