- Description
- The United States General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Lease of Office and Related Space in Washington, DC. This requirement is for new lease space to expire in January 2016. REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease office and related space consisting of 6,500 useable for conference/training use within the approximately the 25,760 contiguous rentable square feet, yielding a minimum of 22,400 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet within one building. The minimum floor plate size shall be 12,880 rentable square feet of office space on two successive floors within one building. One (1) reserved inside structured parking space for official Government vehicle will be required. LOCATION: The delineated area 12 Street NW to New York Avenue NW; New York Avenue NW to Florida Avenue NE; Florida Avenue NE to 3rd Street NE; 3rd Street NE to D Street NE; D Street NE to 9th Street NW; 9th Street NW to E Street NW; E Street NW to 12th Street NW of the One (NOMA) area of Washington, DC. Space must be located within 3 blocks walk able linear feet (WLF) of a metro rail station. LEASE TERM: The proposed lease is for ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 24, 2011
